We sold Beachfront Siesta Key in 2020 to Russ and Dina Kruk. It was not an easy decision. When we bought the condo in 2012, we looked forward to working closely with our guests in hopes we could help them make their vacation on Siesta Key special – something they would always remember. Beyond providing a fabulous and unique destination, it’s the little things and personal touches that help our guests relax knowing all the amenities are at hand and information about the areas to help them navigate like locals that make vacations special.
We talked at length with Russ and Dina before agreeing to the sale to ensure they would do the same. Russ and Dina have not only done a great job of providing guests with a great vacation experience, given the fact they live in Sarasota (locally), we think they are doing a better job than we could living over a thousand miles away.
